A TELCO company contacted us to audit the current TV Set-Top Box platform. After 2 months of research, quick fixes and a 3 days workshop with the client and different stakeholder, we were able to decide on design principles of the product next generation. The following 3 months, working Agile, we designed their new solution improving From the landing page, product detail page, search feature, etc…

Audit

Intensive reviewing of the current platform, definition of existing features, benchmarking competition to establish quick fixes and recommendations

Workshop

3-days workshop with the client, developers, User research and designers leverage Design Thinking process to iterate around each feature and page, and defining Design Principles for the New Generation of OTT product.

Design

Based on the ideation sessions and workshop, we leverage AGILE methodology to deliver new iterations tested every 3 weeks with users.
